Room is in a three bedroom, one bathroom second floor, air-conditioned house flat. Dishwasher and in-unit laundry, full kitchen, and a living room with storage space, a TV, couch, and a dining table.

Room is spacious (135 sq. ft plus a roomy closet) with plenty of outlets and a large window.

Rent is $1500/month (plus internet and utilities) and the room is available starting June 1, but I'd be just as happy to welcome you July 1 or August 1. Short term, 1-2 month leases are also available at a potentially negotiable rate of $1150/month.
