Overview
We are seeking a senior experienced skilled and dedicated Renovation Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various renovation tasks, including Framing, Drywall, tile laying, and cabinet installation. This role requires a hands-on and ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The majority of the projects are complete Kitchen and Bathroom Renovation.

Responsibilities
-Execute renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
-Restore existing structures by performing necessary repairs and upgrades.
-Lay tiles with precision for both aesthetic appeal and durability.
-Perform construction painting to enhance the visual appeal of renovated spaces.
-Install cabinets with attention to detail, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
-Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements accurately.
-Collaborate with clients to discuss project goals, timelines, and any changes needed throughout the process.
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety regulations.

Requirements
-Proven experience in renovation contracting or a related field.
-Proficiency in tile laying, cabinet installation, construction painting, and carpentry.
-Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 – 44 per week
