MP-3000E intelligent vibration testing machine is used to simulate the various environments encountered in the manufacturing, assembly, transportation and use of the execution stage, to identify whether the product is able to withstand environmental vibration, suitable for the research, development, quality control and manufacturing of electronics, mechanical and electrical, optoelectronics, motor vehicles, toys and other industries.
The test method of the machine is based on the digital control of random vibration, and the vibration of various environments is simulated and provided to determine the ability of the test sample to withstand the specified broadband random vibration.

20 different vibration parameters can be set, the test time can be set arbitrarily (0~999 minutes), the number of cycles can be set arbitrarily (1~200 times), and the number of tests can be added up.


Operation Procedure
※ Place the tested product in the center of the operating table and fix it reliably on the table, otherwise the vibration force is unbalanced, affecting the test effect!

※ Before starting, be sure to turn the amplitude knob counterclockwise to the minimum (Min), and adjust it to the required amplitude according to the test requirements of the product under test after starting. No load can be greater than 3mm(i.e. ±1.5mm). Otherwise, the performance of the machine will be affected and the noise will increase accordingly.

※ After setting the test parameters, press [Start] button to start the machine to work.

※ If the vibration needs to be paused in the middle of the test run, press [pause] to pause and press again to resume the vibration.

※ In the stopped state: press the [Start] key for 2 seconds to start vibration; Press the [Stop] key to terminate the vibration.

※ Turn on the timing function, the test will automatically stop when it reaches the preset time, and the interface will display "test complete" and sound prompt. Press the [Confirm] key or automatically close the prompt sound after 5 seconds and return to the initial operation setting interface.

Note: Due to the weight of the device, it is recommended to keep the original packing case for easy handling.
