I am 30(M) with 2 cats, looking for a quiet and clean tenant. Not a party house and I pretty much keep to myself in my basement studio.

There is parking available (50$) kitchen and bathroom are shared, I have a patio set up in the backyard with BBQ and a large chest freezer for food storage.

I would prefer if there was no extra pets, especially dogs who aren't used to being around cats but would consider a cat or 2. My boys are very friendly and are (for the most part) good at getting along with other cats
