32-20 – 102/100 mm standalone banding system
PROCESS DESCRIPTION:
Customer filled Trays will be fed into the BA 32/20 – 102 mm semi–automatic Bandall machine. The arch
size opening is 320 mm wide X 200 mm high and will accept a 100 mm wide band constructed of BOPP
plastic or coated paper. Once the Bandall product sensor detects the package it will be banded with
printed film in register automatically. The package will be manually removed from the banding arch and
replaced with the next package to be banded.
Maximum System Speed: 15-17 packages per minute.
Minimum Pack in-feed Spacing: manually placed.
In-feed Pack Quality: TBD.
