On-Site caretaking couple required for a 25 suite - 3 storey apartment building in North Kildonan.
Duties include: Tenant Relations, rent collection, showing of suites, move-ins and outs, maintaining the common areas of the building, lawn and yard work, some minor maintenance. Experience preferred.
References required.
