Looking to sublet my private, furnished room on the main floor for either of the following timeframes:

May 15 – June 15 or June 1 – June 30

-> Rent: $600/month (all utilities Wi-Fi included)

-> Security Deposit: $300

-> Private room on main floor (shared bathroom with 1 other person on main floor) (Note: If you're moving in for June, please be aware that the other tenant's father will be visiting mid-June, so the bathroom may be shared with 2 others for a short period)

-> Fully furnished

-> In-suite laundry

-> Clean, quiet home – total of 4 rooms (2 upstairs, 2 in basement)

-> Bus stop right at the house – literally just step outside!

-> Only 10-minute walk or 5-minute bus ride to the university

-> No pets please – there's already a cat in the house and I don't want to stress him out

-> Looking for someone clean, respectful, and responsible who will be mindful of others' belongings, avoid keeping the AC on all the time, and respect the thermostat to prevent any disagreements. (VERY IMPORTANT!!!!)
