MY NOTES...
The guitar has not been used for awhile and been stored in its case, so it does need attention to bring out its playability and beauty.

It does need a setup and will require new strings - 10's.

Option to consider...
I can polish up the guitar, install new strings, do the setup, run a thorough hardware diagnostic for an additional $125 if you wish.
