What You'll Do
✅ Lead job sites from start to finish
✅ Manage trades, materials & deliveries
✅ Get hands-on with framing, trim & punch-list work
✅ Keep the site clean, safe, and on schedule
✅ Solve problems, communicate clearly, and make it happen
️ What We're Looking For
✔️ 5 years in residential/light commercial construction
✔️ Solid carpentry & site management skills
✔️ Organized, reliable, and proactive
✔️ Can lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
✔️ Valid driver's license
