Container inspections at depots are standard to be done by yourself when picking up or the trucking company you choose to hire for the job, but it's best to remind the company you hire to do this when they are picking up your containers for you. Even ask them to send you pictures and video of the container when at the depot so you can communicate through the process.

You can even ask to meet up and go in with the trucking company you hire at the depot if they will allow you, so best to communicate well with the trucking company you choose from pickup to your delivery location explaining the drop off location and coordinating delivery times.

Once containers leave the depot there is no returning it so if you are picking up or you hire someone to pick up for you make sure your containers are inspected fully while at the depot, If you find any issues beyond standard of the container category you purchased they will exchange the container for another from the top of the pile of stock owned by that container supplier the containers were purchased from.

If a leak is discovered later once you have the container within 2 weeks please provide pictures inside and out of the container so that the supplier can help remedy the problem.(Each supplier may have their own policies)
