je cède ma place dans mon local de pratique à la Marsonic dans Rosemont, coin Papineau/Des carrières à partir du 1er juin. J'apporte avec moi la batterie bleu, donc ça laissera plus d'espace à la prochaine personne intéressée. Nous sommes 4 musicien.nes qui partageons ce local et le loyer est de 650$ par mois soit 162,50$ chaque. Le bâtiment est ouvert 24/7 et nécessite une clé magnétique pour entrer. I'm leaving my practice room at Marsonic (Rosemont) on Papineau/Des carrières from June 1rst. I'm bringing the blue drum kit with me so that'll leave more room for the next person. We are four musicians sharing this room and the rent is 650$ per month, which is 162,50$ each. The building is open 24/7 and requires a magnetic key to enter (given by one of us).
