The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, extra shelving and lighting. Tenants provide their own linen and towels. The other room is rented by a PhD student. This room is for a single occupancy only. I have 1 covered parking bay which is available ( $120/m).

This apartment is reserved for a female Medical, Veterinary, Nursing, PHD or Post Graduate students or rotational students at the Hospital. It is directly across the road from the Foothills Hospital and University of Calgary Medical and Veterinary Schools. It is just down the road from the U of C Main Campus. There is a bus stop right outside with direct links to the U of C main campus, the Alberta Children's Hospital, the C-train, as well as everywhere in and around Calgary. Stores, malls sports facilities, parks are all nearby.

Rentals will run till end of June 2026 or by arrangement.
