We're looking for a motivated and skilled Second-Year Framer to join our crew, must have minimum 2 years experience and own vehicle. RESIDENTIAL Homes in Aspen Area.

Skillset:
- Read and interpret blueprints and framing plans
- Measure, cut, and install wood framing components
- Assist with layout and structural framing tasks
- Work with hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload materials and keep the site clean and organized
- Support lead framers with daily tasks

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 year of framing experience
- Solid understanding of framing tools and techniques
- Comfortable working at heights, including walking walls and roof framing
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a crew
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
