Room comes with queen bed, desk, chair and built-in armoire for your clothes. All utilities, wifi and laundry are included. The rest of the house is shared with male homeowner (myself) and one other male. I am a 54yr old, employed full time and my other tenant is a 57 also employed full time. We are quiet, clean and respectful of each other and will expect the same from you. Absolutely no drug use allowed inside my home nor is there any overnight guests out of respect for other people in the home. There is street parking only. Must be employed full-time or full-time student. Single occupancy only. Rent is $700 per month and $700 deposit is required. House is very close to bus route and a 5-minute walk to Intercity Mall.
