I bought this sham in the 80's at a garage sale. The fella I bought it from told me it hung in his grandmother‘s house for at least 60 years. There is a very small amount of fringe missing on the bottom. The fringe does go all the way around the sham.
You can also see that some of the embroidery is missing. I showed it to an antique dealer and his guess was it was made around 1925 and is brain tanned deer hide.. that's about all I know about it. It has hung on my wall for the last 37 years along with some other collectible items. This is a piece of art that should be framed it is approximately 16 x 16. I have a throw cushion in it. I have to sell out.
I have a pair of gauntlet buffalo hide stagecoach gloves. I also have a pair of fringe RCMP Beaver hide mitts. Again I was told RCMP but I never confirmed. Trying to be transparent
here. I have had them for at least 30 years or more
MAKE ME AND REASONABLY OFFER THANK YOU
