We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Driver to join our team. This role involves a combination of warehouse duties and driving responsibilities, ensuring efficient operations in our distribution center.
Requirements
Must be able to do heavy lifting
The ability to operate heavy equipment safely, forklifts and overhead cranes.
Ability to load and unload materials efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team and customers.
A valid DZ/AZ driver's license is required.
Additional certifications for operating forklifts and cranes are a plus.
Responsibilities
Operate commercial trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently to designated locations.
Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle inspections.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, including obtaining necessary endorsements such as Air Brake.
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on the vehicle as needed.
