We have a spare room that is available for rent which includes a queen bed, desk, dresser and TV. SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY. Everything is included, except toiletries and food. It will be available May 15th.

We are located close to the Woodside ferry terminal, 5 minutes to Mic Mac Mall and 8 minutes to Dartmouth Crossing. There is also a local trail nearby if you like to go for walks.

It is a large 5-bedroom executive home and you would have use of all common areas. We have a games room with approximately 150 board games and all the gaming systems. Plus, we have streaming services you could use as well.

We enjoy hosting events in our home a couple times a month (outdoor movie nights, games nights, craft nights, etc) and would love for you to participate and invite friends to any that interest you. My husband and I work from home so will be here daily. He loves Star Trek and plays soccer. I love fashion, cooking and baking (especially gluten-free), decorating and spending time with my friends and family.

My husband has an almost 18-year old daughter who stays with us occasionally, though not often. She has her own room.

We're looking for a mature student or working professional who is clean, respectable, no smoking and no pets.

There is parking for 1 vehicle or public transportation on Baker Drive.
