I want to get rid off the AC unit that came with my apartment when I moved in 8 years ago. It is old, but effective at air conditioning and last year I even took it apart and cleaned the insides.

I am getting rid of it because I don't secure it to my wall and I'm on the second-story I am scared it could fall out of the window and injure someone so I don't want to use it anymore.

The other drawback is that, like all window units, it is heavy. I can lift it but it is quite difficult and awkward.

I live on the second-story of an apartment building. If you pay me $75 in advance I will bring it downstairs, otherwise $50 to get it down the stairs yourself.
