General Laborer
Saskatoon Equipment Sales & Rentals is currently seeking applications for a Full Time General Laborer. We specialize in renting and servicing construction lifts and equipment as well as numerous other equipment types. Reports to: Operations Manager
What you will do:
• Clean/Organize shop and stockyard area as required
• Maintain all outbuildings as required
• Groundskeeping (mowing lawns, watering, and weeding, clean-up)
• Safely load/unload equipment for customers
• Safely load/unload equipment from semis
• Check condition of the equipment delivered.
• Operate equipment in yard
• Organize equipment display
• Deliver equipment/parts/supplies to other stores/customers as needed.
• Vehicle/equipment washing and detailing
• Perform other duties assigned to meet the needs of the operation
What will you bring:
• Valid driver's license
• Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry 80 lbs.
• Small machinery operation/Towing experience an asset, but will train.
• Aerial & Fall Arrest certificates, will supply training if needed.
• Adhere to all legislative, safety, and organizational policies and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively on multiple tasks.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Must be dependable and reliable and willing to take initiative
Job Types: Full Time
Hourly Wage: $18-$22 starting and depending on experience
