The rent includes 1 bedroom, 1 private half bathroom, and bright and private living/den, on one basement floor. Then there is a private kitchenette and stand-up shower on the second level of the basement With a kitchenette with a full fridge/freezer, microwave, conventional oven, burner plate, and full counter and cupboards. The laundry facilities with washer/dryer (shared) with the upstairs Has a large window in the living room to let the sun in. The bedroom is quite big and nice size closet. Street parking in front of the house.
Gas / electrical/water/recycling/garbage/ internet are not included in the rent, they are shared and you pay for your own food. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. It has easy access to Deer foot and Pigeon Tr. Se and close to the 7-11 stores, and gas stations which are blocks away...
