J.C Paving Ltd. is in need of hiring two Concrete Finishers.

• Job description:
Reporting to the Crew Foreman, the concrete finisher will have to be able to perform the following tasks: Concrete finishers pour, level, and smooth concrete for surfaces such as roads, curbs, floors, and sidewalks. Duties may include cutting expansion joints with a power saw, aligning forms to the desired depth and pitch, directing the casting of concrete, preparing and cleaning surface areas, and completing moldings using a variety of hand-held and power tools.

• Terms of employment: Full Time permanent position

• Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

• Experience: 3 years to 5 years

• Language of work: English

• Wage: $30.00 to $34.00 hourly (To be negotiated based on experience)

• Hours: 40 to 60 hours per week

• Benefits: Dental benefits and Group insurance benefits are available

• Employment conditions: Overtime, Morning

• Location(s) of work: Various locations withing the city of Winnipeg and surrounding areas
