I am the owner of a Mobile repair service in the Barrie area. I am offering FREE repair services and overnight security for an individual with a small spot on some land or a yard I can use year round.

I live in an off-grid tiny house on wheels, solar panels, composting toilet, etc It costs me nothing to live in it where I park with no hookups whatsoever.

What I can offer you is FREE small engine, auto, heavy equipment service/repair up to a set amount each month plus I can offer free overnight security on the premises year round...I can also weld among other things.

This would be ideal for someone who has land they don't reside on all or part of the year, a business owner with light equipment like a golf course or lawn service, or even a large residence with land/equipment.

I could pay some rent also but ideally I would pay mostly with my services...I just need a place to park my house while I live in it...house is 8x20 plus 5ft tongue, needs NO hookups at all, won't cost you a dime year round and I can save you money if you have land/equipment.
