Pallet trucks, carts, and two-wheelers ride smoothly over the machine-beveled deck edges. The resilient aluminum plate material offers 22% higher strength and hardness than conventional materials and the durable steel legs are bolted to the aluminum deck for extra strength and rigidity. The deck surface features a special non-slip diamond traction-grip tread and is available with 3/8” or 1/2” thick plate. DOCK LIGHTS - Standard Dock Lights provide economical loading dock illumination and their polycarbonate head resists the high heat build up of conventional dock light heads. Available in 40”(1016mm) and 60”(1524mm) models. WHEEL CHOCKS - Avoid trailer creep and premature departure with wheel chock safety systems. Systems include preferred wheel chock, chain, Caution Sign, mounting bracket and mounting bracket anchors. TRAILER STAND - Engineered for strength and stability with a broad supportive platform, AutoStand can more than carry its weight in creating a safer loading dock. PVC STRIP CURTAINS - Flexible Strip Curtains are the most economical solutions to protect employees and goods from adverse environmental conditions such as noise, heat, cold, humidity, dust and drafts. Strip curtains use extruded, flexible PVC strips that are overlapped to form a seal, yet separate easily to allow passage. The strip size, weight and amount of overlap are variable allowing for different degrees of protection or access. DOCK FANS - Our high capacity fan provides a powerful ventilation and cooling solution for the dock, warehouse or trailer. Each fan is supplied with a “Y” cord that enables the fan to be used separately or in conjunction with most of our dock light heads and is available in 40” or 60” arm lengths. This heavy-duty fan can be mounted up and out of the way and still direct airflow in any desired direction. Featuring a low vibration, 18” fan, this system can move over 3,000 cubic feet of air per minute. Facilities realize increased safety and productivity by keeping employees cool on hot summer days.
