Hi there! We are looking to sublet a room (or two) at Unit 40, 920 Dynes Rd. The move in date would be July 1.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 basement, 1 bathroom and 1 restroom. Your room will be on the 2nd floor, it can either be a decently spaced room with adequate privacy. The shared area of the house would be the 1st floor.

The location's very nice, with a small grocery store and a McDonalds within 4 minutes of walking. Buses leads to Billings Bridge and Tunney's Pasture mainly.

As the number of housemates can be either 4 or 5, rent will be calculated once we confirm all residents. It will be somewhere between 700-800 buck, including hydro and internet. Rent will be on the first of every month.
