Chambre entièrement meublée à louer dans un charmant 41/2 dans le quartier Hochelaga, à une rue de la Place Valois. À deux pas de toutes les commodités (pharmacie, supermarché, boutiques, cafés, restos et dépanneurs). À côté du Jardin Botanique et du marché Maisonneuve. Chambre meublée agréable côté cour à proposer, tranquille et très lumineux avec lit, plusieurs meubles de rangement, table et chaise de travail. L'appartement est complètement équipé. Le double salon communique avec ma chambre, il faudra donc s'adapter pour que chaque personne ait son intimité. Partage des coûts de produits d'usage commun, donc une contribution de 20 $ par mois pour le papier toilette, essuie-tout, savon vaisselle, produits nettoyants, sacs poubelle et recyclage, etc… (sauf le détergent à linge, que chacune achète). Vous habiterez avec une F dans la quarantaine, le fun et jeune d'esprit, donc 2 occupants seulement. Bien situé, accès facile au centre-ville en 25/30 minutes (Métro Joliette, Pie-IX et Frontenac par l'autobus 125 ouest). SVP AUCUN USAGE DE DROGUES est accepté. Je recherche une personne autonome qui travaille ou étudie, mature et respectueux et qui est SURTOUT TRÈS PROPRE. Entretien de la propreté de la chambre, participation au ménage des espaces communs sont primordiales. Autre condition : les invités ne restent pas à dormir. Si vous pensez correspondre à ce profil, vous êtes un bon match !
Chambre inclus : lit queen avec matelas en mousse mémoire neuf, literie/couette, table de travail/chaise de bureau sur roulettes, plusieurs tablettes de rangement, bibliothèque Ikea, placard, lampes.
Équipé : Cuisine toute équipée, laveuse/sécheuse, literie/serviettes
Inclus : Internet haute vitesse Hélix illimité et électricité (il peut y avoir un léger ajustement sur Hydro si dépassement)
Non-inclus : télé, micro-ondes
Termes de location : Location moyen terme ou plus, 6 mois minimum. Je priorise une location à plus long terme. Avis d'un mois à l'avance pour tout départ et la chambre doit être remise dans l'état d'origine et nettoyée (y inclut la literie), tel que louée.

FURNISHED ROOM IN HOCHELAGA AVAILABLE JUNE 1st!
Fully furnished room for rent in a
charming 4 1/2 in the Hochelaga neighborhood, one street away from Place Valois. Close to all amenities (pharmacy, supermarket, shops, cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores). Next to the Botanical Garden and Maisonneuve Market. Pleasant furnished room overlooking the courtyard, quiet and very bright with a bed, several storage furniture, table, and work chair. The apartment is fully equipped. The double living room connects with my room, so we will need to adapt to ensure each person has their privacy. Shared costs for common use products, so a $20 monthly contribution for toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, cleaning products, garbage and recycling bags, etc. (except laundry detergent, which each person buys). You will live with a fun and young-at-heart woman in her forties, so only 2 occupants. Well located, easy access to downtown in 25/30 minutes (Metro Joliette, Pie-IX, and Frontenac by bus 125 west). NO DRUG USE is accepted. I am looking for an independent, mature, respectful, and VERY CLEAN person who works or studies. Maintaining the cleanliness of the room and participating in the cleaning of common areas are essential. Another condition: guests do not stay overnight. Room includes: queen bed with new memory foam mattress, bedding/duvet, work table/office chair on wheels, several storage shelves, Ikea bookcase, closet, lamps.

Included: Unlimited high-speed Hélix internet and electricity (there may be a slight adjustment on Hydro if exceeded)

Rental terms: Medium-term or longer rental, minimum 6 months. I prioritize a longer-term rental. One month's notice for any departure, and the room must be returned in its original and cleaned condition (including bedding), as rented.
