Key Responsibilities:

Grill Station:
• Prepare and cook burgers, chicken, and other grilled items to order and to standard.
• Monitor grill temperature and food safety standards at all times.
• Follow portion control and timing guidelines to ensure food is fresh and consistent.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grill area and tools.

Fryer Station:
• Cook fries, onion rings, and other fried menu items to golden perfection.
• Filter and maintain fryer oil according to food safety standards.
• Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Keep fryer station clean and stocked.

General Kitchen Duties:
• Ensure food prep and cooking areas meet safety and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with restocking and organizing kitchen supplies.
• Support other team members during peak hours as needed.
• Follow all food handling and health & safety guidelines.
• Maintain a positive, team-focused attitude throughout your shift.

Qualifications:
• Previous kitchen or fast food experience (especially on grill/fryer) is preferred.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
