Hello Renters, we are a mature couple with an 11 year old son and 1 small clean senior spayed/microchipped cat. My partner works full time with a homecare agency as well as with the Military reserves. I am a private childcare provider (only 1 child at a time). We are looking for a rental in the west end preferably or the East end. (Will consider other areas) We do not have a vehicle so we would need a rental on a bus route. We are clean, reliable good people needing a place soon (no fault of our own) we have been renting our recent home for the past 7.5 years and have references from both the Landlord and tenant downstairs. We need a 2 bedroom rental for approximately $1300 a month or a bit less. We have to stay in St. John's for work purposes, so Paradise, CBS is not an option for us.
