Selling STIHL 010AV.

I received this chainsaw as part of a trade for some bike parts. I was told it was running but didn't take the time to see it running before taking it home. I know nothing of these machines and was only able to get it to turn over with little effort. That seemed encouraging. I might simply be lacking knowledge of the proper process or perhaps it needs oil and/or fuel.

I am asking $125 for the saw, but will consider offers.
I'd prefer to meet with the buyer near my place in Oakville so that they could make an informed purchase.
