Smiling Lawn Inc. is hiring experienced Lawn Care Technicians for the 2025 season. We're a fast-growing landscaping company based in Mississauga, and we're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work.

**Position Details
- Position: Lawn Care Technician (Residential & Commercial)
- Pay: $19–$22/hour (depending on experience)
- Hours: Full-time or part-time
- Start: ASAP
- Location: Based in Mississauga; work throughout Mississauga and nearby cities

**Job Responsibilities:
- Mowing lawns using commercial mowers
- Trimming/edging with string trimmers
- Blowing off walkways and hard surfaces
- Performing seasonal services like aeration, fertilizing, and overseeding
- Minor equipment maintenance (e.g., refueling, blade cleaning)
- Loading and unloading tools/equipment
- Providing clean, efficient, and respectful service at every job site

**Requirements
- Minimum 1 full season of lawn care or landscaping experience
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Driver's license and access to a vehicle is required
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
