I'm looking for a clean, safe, and affordable rental in Saskatoon for a July 1st move-in. I'm currently staying with family on a short-term basis but urgently need a stable place of my own.

I'm on SAID (Saskatchewan Assured Income for the Disabled) and can provide verification and references if needed. I'm quiet, respectful, and always pay rent promptly as soon as I'm paid — this is very important to me.

Ideally, I'm looking for:

Bachelor, 1-bedroom, or basement suite

Rent around $700–900

Utilities and internet included, if possible

Pet-friendly preferred, but no pets is okay

Close to transit, if possible
