We are seeking a working professional, student, or retiree for our 1 bedroom basement suite (furnished or unfurnished) that is centrally located on Middleton Mountain in Vernon.

We are close to Sawicki Park, Kal Beach, and a network of hiking trails. The suite is self-contained, separate from our living quarters, but has direct access (through a lockable door) to a shared laundry room with washer / dryer and a large wash basin.

Entrance to the suite is ground level with easy access from a dedicated parking spot in the driveway. A spacious living room with a new gas fireplace welcomes you as you enter the suite.

Beyond the living room lies a tidy kitchen with fridge, stove, dual sinks, and plenty of cupboard space.

Tucked into the quiet, back corner of the suite is the bedroom with a full closet.

Located directly beside the bedroom is a full bathroom with shower/tub combination, toilet, cupboard for toiletries, and a sink with storage cabinet below.

Our home is air conditioned in the summer and heated by furnace in the winter. With the exception of Cable / TV, all utilities are included in the cost of your monthly rent:

- $1,500.00 Per Month
- $750.00 damage deposit paid with first month's rent.
- 12-month rental agreement with option to extend on a month-to-month basis.
- Our suite will be available starting June 28, 2025.
- No smoking or pets allowed.
- References required.

You will also have access to a dedicated ‘Guest' Wi-Fi network at no additional cost.
