Hello all, we are offering a shared accommodation for male (student or working professional)

We currently have a friend using the same room and ready to share the room with another neat and clean individual. They would have to share the same washroom. Hence, hygienic environment is of high priority.

Would have to share kitchen for cooking with us (owners). But will have a separate fridge and storage space for utensils.

Washer and dryer in house.
There is an additional cost of $50 for utilities and other services that includes .... electricity, water, gas, washer, dryer, wifi and parking.
