Window mount, not floor mount. I usually mount it in a living room window.
Fits sash windows (vertically opening and closing) optimally, with holding lips and expanding shutters to L and R.
Comes with the box, packing materials, manual and misc papers.

- Refrigerant 22: 0.75 oz.
- Face 20"x12"; 17(7/16)" deep back from the face. The holding lips and expanding shutters add size.
- Condition: wear and tear on the shutters and the left front plastic panel clip.
Works fine; I had it serviced at Sears in about 2007.
I bought it on June 1, 1996.
I don't need it now because my apartment has its own HVAC.
