You'll have a PRIVATE, fully equipped kitchen and a PRIVATE 3-piece bathroom. Easy access to (owner shared) laundry facilities. Entrance to the room is a few steps from the front door, so fairly private.
There is ample storage, including a large closet.
Parking is available for a small sized car. Utilities costs are included, as well as unlimited Internet access.

Our house is about a 10 min. drive from the UNIVERSITY OF GUELPH (or easy bus routes). Only a 4 min. drive from CONESTOGA COLLEGE SPEEDVALE CAMPUS (or one short bus ride). Within walking distance of plaza, Tim Horton's, COSTCO, Zehrs, banks etc. (Paisley & Imperial area).

Looking to find a quiet student that appreciates their space as much as we appreciate our home.
We are an easy-going mature couple, with a sweet medium-size dog and a funny cat.

Monthly rent is $875, first and last month rent required, as well as references. (Non-smokers/vapers and no pets please).
