After many years of using this iMac, it is now time to upgrade to a newer machine, one that's compatible with my daily apps. This machine, however, is still beautiful and fast and is best suited for your needs (guaranteed!)
There's a few issues with the iMac that makes me think it's best to upgrade, but I'm betting anyone savvy with computers can get them fixed. Issues are listed below.
Because it's an older machine, it's a far cry from being compatible with a lot of apps.
Other than the certain issues, I promise the computer is fast (there's 20 Gigs of RAM) and works great.

The iMac comes with OSX 10.6.6 Snow Leopard
It can be upgraded to OSX 10.13.6 High Sierra
On the back of the iMac:
• One Thunderbolt port
• Mini DisplayPort output with support for DVI, VGA, and dual-link DVI (adapters sold separately)
• One FireWire 800 port; 7 watts
• Four USB 2.0 ports
• SDXC card slot
• Slot-loading 8x SuperDrive with 4x double-layer burning (DVD±R DL/DVD±RW/CD-RW)
• Audio in/out
• 10/100/1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet (RJ-45 connector)
• IR receiver
ISSUES:
• The iMac, because of how outdated it is, more and more apps continue to stop supporting it. Some apps either can't be used or you are forced to use the browser version (Discord, for example)
• The iMac has a strange pink line on the left side of the screen. It's either an issue with the LCD panel or GPU.
• Mainly, the reason other than upgrading that I'm deciding to sell this machine: There's connectivity issues. I cannot install or download an app or something in terminal without the Wifi cutting out. I reconnect, it disconnects again and then the wifi networks disappear.
Or when I'm just using Chrome sometimes it'll crap out. It's very strange. If anyone looking at this ad is technical with computers; you might be able to figure this out. It's probably an issue with network drivers needing to be updated.
• The second USB port on the out side does not work anymore
Needless to say; it's a bit of a fixer-upper. OR use it for spare parts.
Whatever you do with it - this beautiful machine was my horse, and I turn over my beautiful steed over to you now. It's yours to do whatever you want.
This only comes with the computer and the cable.
Mouse and keyboard not included.
Pick-up only. Sorry.
