Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Intake Package process and onboard new clients with care and professionalism
Maintain and update client Billing/Invoice files in Clio (basic familiarity required)
Issue monthly billing and invoices, Clio Law Software Respond to client inquiries via email and occasionally by phone, in a timely, respectful, and professional manner Provide limited in-person support (as required, minimal-

Qualifications:
Prior experience in a legal, mediation, or professional services environment is preferred
Basic working knowledge of Clio law practice software Strong communication and excellent organizational skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be essential in supporting daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow process.
