Job Overview:

Eco Sweep Inc. is hiring a dependable couple for a full-time restaurant cleaning contract located at Queen & Hwy 410 in Brampton. This is a cash job with competitive pay, ideal for a team with commercial cleaning experience. Must have your own vehicle – location is not accessible by public transit.

Cleaning can be done either early mornings (starting at 6:00 AM) or overnight – based on your availability and preference.

• Days: Tuesday to Sunday (6 Days/Week)

Time Options:

• Early morning shift – starting at 6:00 AM
• Overnight shift – after the restaurant closes
• Duration: Approximately 3–5 hours per shift
• Pay: Cash – Competitive, based on experience

What We're Looking For:

• A reliable couple with strong teamwork and attention to detail
• Must drive – location is not TTC/transit accessible
• Experience in commercial or restaurant cleaning preferred
• Comfortable with power washing and degreasing tasks
• Physically fit and able to move equipment and clean under/behind
• Dependable, consistent, and available 6 days/week

Scope of Work:

Daily (Tuesday to Sunday):

• Clean vestibule glass (excludes exterior windows)
• Sweep and mop dining area floors (must move and reset tables/chairs)
• Clean bar floors, countertops, bar sinks, and stainless-steel surfaces
• Clean baseboards, edges, corners, lobby floor
• Vacuum all rugs
• Sweep/mop kitchen floors (no appliance/sink cleaning)
• Wipe stainless-steel and white-tile backsplashes
• Clean and restock guest & staff washrooms
• Empty general waste (not kitchen waste)
• Clean walk-in cooler floors and wipe down external walls

Weekly:

• Clean hood canopy and filters

Scheduled Deep Cleaning:

• Degrease 10-burner stove (outside only)
• Clean 2 tandoors (outside, behind, and underneath)
• Wipe down fryers, flat top, and grill (outside and support racks)
• Clean 4 moveable freezers and rack near tandoor (outside, behind, under)
• Power wash kitchen floors and walls (including behind/under equipment – water source provided)
