Sleeps 6,main bed is a queen with under bed storage. Couch and table both make into a bed. Has a tub and hand shower with skylight.3 closets with drawers and over bed storage . Sink and cupboard and mirrored medicine chest above.
Full kitchen with 3 burner stove and oven, microwave ,fridge and freezer, all in good working condition. Lots of storage in kitchen over the kitchen table, over stove ,over couch, plus under couch and table , over tv under tv ,over fridge, under sink . Which is a double sink with pullout tap. Side drawers at the end of counter plus a extra attachable small table. A/C , light with fan , smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detector.
Runs on propane or electric. 2-30 pound bottles .
Has 2 new batteries 6 volt. Large open storage under front.
side storage for fishing rods .power awing replaced 2 years ago only used once since . Extra speakers , outside attachable bbq and side shelf . Bearing re greased .
