I'm a semi-retired custom woodworker looking to rent a garage or other outbuilding to set up my woodworking hobby shop, ideally within a 15 minute drive from the Midland.

WHAT I'M OFFERING:

-You'd get monthly rent
-You'd have access to a custom woodworker with 30 years of experience, and a fully functional shop w/pro finishing capabilities.

****This would be greatly beneficial to anyone who's renovating their home, as I have a hardcore creative skill set and can add high end custom touches to any reno, affordably****

What I‘m looking for:

-Roughly 300-600sqft, the equivalent of a single or double bay garage (or larger if the price is right!).
-Wired & heated, or open to adding those features (I can likely supply the labour to do so).

I'm open to bartering for any services that you might need.
