We are only selling as we are a couple, and do not need a large trailer anymore. Our unit is in beautiful condition. It has only been on highway around 15 times since 2011 and only short distances. Everything is in great shape. Not a lot of wear is showing. The queen bed is a comfy mattress which was changed for more comfort. It is awesome to sleep on. The bedroom has a good curtain to close off for privacy. Nice fridge. with freezer, bathroom. Kitchen cabinets are wood, and well maintained. Good amount of cupboard spaces. Propane stove and oven . Microwave too. All upholstery is nice. No rips and is very clean. no smells or odors.

Never any mice or leaks.
