Are you physically strong, dependable, and looking for a part-time gig with flexible hours? Our boutique rug shop in Halifax is looking for a reliable Rug Shop Assistant to help with lifting, moving, and displaying rugs during regular shop hours and occasional road shows.

️ What You'll Be Doing:
• Assist with lifting and rolling rugs (some are large and heavy)
• Help set up and move rug displays in-shop and at events
• Organize rug storage using dollies, tubes, and racks
• Load/unload rugs for deliveries or customer viewings
• Occasionally assist with road shows and on-site customer visits

You Should Be:
• Physically strong and able to lift up to 80 lbs safely
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• Bonus: Handy with tools or interested in visual display work
