I use a walker to aid in getting around so suite must be barrier-free w/ elevators.
Currently reside in a run-down hotel called the McLaren. Often bothered by drunks and others. Not a pleasant place to live.
A real downside is I have very few references other than my residency here because of an extensive stay in the hospital ~ 1 year while recovering from an injury: A pinched sciatica nerve between vertebrae in my back.
I always am friendly to others and enjoy people but I really tend to be low-key concentrating on some private hobby not to be disturbed. Courtesy and responsibility come naturally for me so I am always sure I don't disturb others around me. I am a clean person in every way and always mind my living quarters to be well kept. I am hoping the bathroom facilities accommodate the disabled, however I am pretty agile and can get away with a lot.
I would like to come for a viewing of the suite then after signing of the lease, (1 year preferred), the damage deposit will be paid and moving plans can start.
