NOW HIRING: Full-time Building Maintenance Position - Sylvan Lake
We have an immediate opening for a general building maintenance and upkeep person, for a residential community in Sylvan Lake. This is full-time, year-round position.
Skills required: The successful candidate will have strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, including light electrical, plumbing and carpentry. Experience with operating power tools, skid steer operation, and light welding are an asset. Training on building systems will also be provided.
Successful applicants will be physically fit, have experience in working both independently and as part of a team, and comfortable interacting with clients daily. A valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
Hours: Mon-Thurs 9-4.30pm. Friday 9-2pm. Occasional after hours call out as required.
Wage: This position pays $23.00-$25.00 p/hour based on skill set and previous experience.
