Hello! My brother and I (siblings, not a couple) are looking for a clean, well-maintained 2-bedroom apartment or basement unit to rent in the GTA. We're hoping to find a space that is pet-friendly (we have one well-trained and very clean dog), has a full private bathroom with a tub (not just a shower), and is ideally priced under $1900/month.

We are respectful, mature adults (non-smokers, non-drinkers) who take pride in keeping our home clean and in excellent condition. We treat any place we live in as if it were our own and are quiet and reliable tenants.
We are ready to move anytime and can provide references if needed. We like scarbourough area but are open to other regions as long as there is some transit ideally the TTC. We are Canadian citizens. A private entrance and laundry would be great bonuses but are not dealbreakers.
Ideally we'd like something below 1900 this is why we are open to basements.
