I am looking for land, house, fixer upper or shack with privacy. It doesnt need big river just stream big enough to have a small swimming spot or dam up a small one to dip on hot summer days and a stream big enough to go brook trout fishing. What I am trying to say is fancy cost too much so if you have something land or dwelling I could turn into a little peice of peace and quiet that you are thinking about selling please think of this ad and contact me. I worked my whole life raising a family and putting food on the table now I am at an age where kids are grown and I just want to enjoy the rest of my years catching brookies and any other fish and have a little place to call my own. I would love to afford something more elaborate like a little old farm but places like that are few and far between. I have saved enough to buy something practical. I am handy so a fixer upper is fine or a piece of land that I can build a spot. My dream place would be a old farmhouse with a spot for a garden and stream or creek running through it or a piece of land with fresh water running through it. If you have something like this and are thinking about selling please reach out. I promise you I would cherish it and be so proud to buy it. I am sure there is someone out there who once bought a spot and has little use of it and remembers what it meant to own a little piece of paradise.
