Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Val-des-Monts, QC J8N 4J4
Annual salary : $40,000 – $70,000 CAD Performance-Based Bonus
Shift: Flexible (Store hours: 8 AM – 9 PM)

​​​​​Responsibilities:​​​​
Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
Manage and supervise a team of approximately 20 employees.
Handle inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
Maintain store licenses, accounting tasks, and other administrative responsibilities with minimal owner involvement.
Ensure compliance with store policies and regulatory requirements.
Lead by example in customer service and workplace conduct.
Perform occasional heavy lifting as needed.

Requirements:
Languages: Fluent in French and English (spoken, written, and reading)
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory role within a grocery or retail environment.
Must be comfortable with administrative tasks and managing store operations independently.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule within store hours.
Able to commute within 45–50 minutes (accommodation available if required).
Must be comfortable with the idea of a drug test (though not required).

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy items when necessary.
