Position Summary:
We are currently hiring a General Labourer for a full-time position. This hands-on role includes physically demanding work and requires flexibility to adapt to seasonal shifts in service demand. During warmer months, tasks will focus heavily on landscaping and outdoor maintenance, while snow removal and winter site services will take priority in colder seasons. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors year-round and responding to changing weather and work conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Seasonal Property Services:

Spring/Summer: Landscaping, lawn care, planting, trimming, and grounds maintenance

Fall/Winter: Snow shoveling, salting, and operating snow removal equipment

Site Preparation and Cleanup: Maintain job site cleanliness and safety for various contracts

Material Handling: Load, transport, and organize tools and supplies

Assist Skilled Workers: Support electricians, carpenters, and maintenance crews

Manual Labour: Digging, lifting, moving materials, and completing physically intensive tasks

Equipment Use: Operate small machinery and hand tools safely and responsibly

Follow Instructions: Adhere to all safety protocols and supervisor directives

Required Qualifications:

Valid Class 5 Driver's License (required)

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Physically fit and capable of outdoor work in various weather conditions

Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Comfortable with basic mechanical tasks and using tools

Willingness to adapt to seasonal workloads and changing job site priorities
