Due to unavoidable circumstances, I have had to cut short my lease in Kingston and return to Toronto. This cozy room (for ladies only please) is in a clean three bed room house with a shared bathroom. I am offering it at a much lower rate ($ 670)than what I am paying ($ 870). It is available immediately till June 30. The two room mates are very courteous and do not disturb each other. Hence it will suit a student who wants to focus on her studies. I can as an incentive give you this last week of May for free.
It could also be of use to someone who wants to scout Kingston and learn about suitable areas before committing to a long-term lease.

UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED AND YOU COULD USE MY FURNITURE. So do not have to procure or cart anything (including pots and pans) till you are sure of your place.
