I have a fully furnished room available for 1 year with an opportunity to extend. The room is a private room in a 2 bedroom apartment, fully furnished with desk, queen size bed, dresser, and lights. This is a shared apartment with in-suite laundry, dishwasher, microwave, Rogers Ignite Highspeed wifi, and private backyard with BBQ. This room is my guest bedroom and it's barely used. So, very little wear and tear on the Kingsdown mattress. SINGLE Occupancy Only- NO COUPLES - Pest Free Home!

Parking is available, but by city permit and street parking. There is a 24 hour streetcar line 1/2 block from the house, on Ontario and Carlton. There is also 3 subway stations close by, College/Sherbourne/Castle Frank. There are several amenities and grocery stores within walking distance like Loblaws, No Frills, Shoppers Drug Mart, Food Basics, Farm Boy, LCBO, etc.. and lots of restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Metropolitan University, U of T, George Brown, etc..

I'm a 40 something year old professional woman, who works 3 days in the office, and 2 days at home. You will be sharing the space with my 17 year old Maine coon cat. He is pretty territorial, so no extra pets please. I am LGBTQ2 Friendly, and speak Laos/Thai/French/English.. Learning Spanish..Ole! :)

I enjoy cooking, going to events, and have a pretty busy lifestyle with work and social events; however, I do love being home too. The kitchen is fully stocked, and you will have access to the equipment etc.. like Instapot, microwave, airfryer, pots and pans, etc..The Living room furniture will be changing soon, and I'm getting a new couch and coffee table.

I'm not looking for a permanent long-term roommate, so this is best for someone coming into Toronto for school or temporary work. But I'm willing to look at long-term if we click. No smoking in the house, outside only. I'm 420 friendly and socially drink.
