ROSSO PIZZERÍA IS LOOKING FOR
A Line Cook( pizza maker) is responsible for preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring dishes meet restaurant standards for taste, presentation, and timeliness. They work as part of a culinary team, maintaining a clean and organized station while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary ingredients and equipment.
- Ensure food is cooked to proper temperatures and meets quality standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timing and delivery of dishes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory checks, food prep, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle high-pressure situations during busy service periods with efficiency and composure.
- Communicate effectively with servers, sous chefs, and head chefs to ensure smooth operations.


Skills:
- Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a restaurant setting (1-2 years preferred).
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards (e.g., ServSafe certification a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
